The Basics of Returns

What You Can Return

  • Your item should be unused and undamaged.
  • Good news! While we prefer original packaging, you don’t have to keep it. Just make sure the item is safely packed for its journey back to us.
  • Include all the accessories that came with it.

What We Can’t Accept

  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items missing essential accessories that affect the product’s functionality.

Timeframes

  • You’ve got 14 days from when you receive your order to let us know you want to return it – whether the item is defective, incorrect, or non-defective.

How to Return Your Item

Drop us an email at info@medieworld.com with:

  • Subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]” (EU customers)
  • Subject line: “International Return Request – [Your Order Number]” (non-EU customers)

We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) – this is required for your return.

Pop a note in the package with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • That RAN we gave you
    (Without this note, we cannot process your return or refund!)

Getting Your Money Back

Processing

  • We’ll refund you using your original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving your return.

Late Refunds

  • If your refund seems delayed, contact your bank or email us at info@medieworld.com.

Shopping Our Clearance Sales?

  • All clearance sale items are eligible for refunds, including defective items.
  • Same 14-day return window applies.
  • Clearance items are not blemished unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Shipping Liability

  • Pack it up safely – you’re responsible for ensuring items are properly packaged for safe return shipping.
  • We recommend using tracking or insurance for all returns.
  • Heads up: Medieworld is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. You bear this risk unless using a prepaid return label provided by Medieworld for defective items.

EU-Specific Policies

  • You’ll need to cover return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
  • Prepaid return labels are provided for defective or incorrect items.

Shopping from Outside the EU? (International Policies)

Return Shipping and Customs Costs

  • For non-defective items: You’ll need to handle all return shipping costs, customs duties, and fees.
  • For defective or incorrect items: Medieworld will cover return shipping and customs fees.
  • If a prepaid return label isn’t available, you’ll need to pay shipping upfront and we’ll reimburse you upon receiving the item.

Processing Delays

  • International returns may take longer to process due to shipping and customs delays.
