This lamellar skirt is intricately handcrafted from 20 gauge mild steel, Visby style plates, assembled using genuine leather strings. The entire structure of this armour is fixed on robust leather, making it hard-wearing and easy to use. Just give it a try, and you will immediately know why it was so popular back then! Its total length is 29.5 cm with a total width of 40 cm and maximum belt width is 5.5 cm.
Note: This product is carefully coated with a layer of oil when packaged that acts as a temporary (protective) layer against corrosion (rust), which can easily be wiped off using any oil remover or even a dry cloth.
