Handcrafted Natural Ox Horn

This Viking Horn Mug is handcrafted from genuine, ethically sourced ox horn and polished to bring out its natural colour, grain and texture.

Ox horn is a natural material, so every Viking Beer Horn has its own individual appearance. Variations in colour, grain, texture, thickness, markings and shape are natural characteristics.

The body has a series of carved rings that add texture and visual character while providing a more secure grip.

Leather Belt Holder Included

The Ox Horn Tankard comes with a genuine leather strap fitted with an adjustable solid brass buckle.

The holder/strap allows you to attach your Viking Beer Horn Tankard to a suitable belt, making it convenient to carry at Viking festivals, Renaissance fairs, LARP events, reenactments and outdoor gatherings.

Choose from two approximate capacities:

• 600 ml / 20 oz
• 800 ml / 27 oz

The tankard can be used for mead, ale, beer, cider, juice and other cold or room-temperature beverages.

Not suitable for hot or boiling liquids.

• Do not soak the horn for long periods.
• Do not use with hot or boiling beverages.

• Keep the leather holder dry and condition it occasionally.
• Apply beeswax occasionally to help maintain the horn’s surface.
