These Medieval Fantasy Steel Tassets Armor are made to protect the upper legs with even freedom of movement. Tassets were commonly worn in the medieval period as part of plate armor, they were hanged from the belt or cuirass to protect the hips and thighs in combat.

This set is crafted from 18 gauge mild steel, so it is strong enough for costume use and is even manageable in weight. At approx. 2.5 kg, the armor gives a good balance between durability and comfort, which is important for long hours at LARP events, stage performances etc.
