Our chainmail gorget/standard is a perfect fit for your throat when you’re wearing full plate armour, making it an ideal fit for a knightly character or frontline warrior. It can be worn over your cuirass or under it.

This mail gorget is intricately HANDMADE from 17 gauge mild steel rings with a diameter of approx. 9 mm each, riveted using WEDGE RIVETS. For increased strength, the rings alternate with SOLID FLAT RINGS. It comes in a size that fits most.
