The Archivist’s Ledger leather journal is made for those who value tradition, durability, and secure storage of their thoughts. With a size of 7 x 5 inches, it is compact enough to carry easily.
Made from genuine leather, the Ledger leather journal has a natural texture and rich tone that forms a patina with time. Variations in shade and surface marks are part of the leather’s authentic nature.
Inside, you will find 110 handmade pages. These thick pages are created from paper-making methods, which means you may notice slight variations in color, fiber patterns, or texture. This natural process gives the paper a warm, organic feel and makes each journal unique. The pages are suitable for writing, sketching, notes or for personal records.
The spine of the journal has visible cord binding that not only strengthens it but also gives a contrasting medieval look. This reinforced binding helps keep the journal intact for long-term use.
One of its most striking features is the antique brass lock closure. The mechanism is simple and secure. A small vertical flap is gently pushed aside to open the lock, revealing the pages within. It does not open easily by accident, so your information is kept safe. The brass hardware also enhances its classic appearance.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Keep away from moisture.
- Wipe the leather cover with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid soaking the pages or exposing them to water.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Apply a small amount of leather conditioner occasionally to maintain suppleness.
Note: Each leather travel journal is handmade. Natural variations in leather texture, paper fibers, and finish are normal.
