Ordering is simple and secure. Browse our online collection and click Add to Basket on any item you’d like to purchase. When you’re ready, click the cart icon at the top of the page to review your selections. You can then proceed to checkout, where you’ll enter your shipping details and payment information. After you complete payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you experience any difficulties or have questions at any stage, our customer service team is available to help by email or phone.
We display live stock availability on each product page. You’ll see a note such as “20 In Stock.” This number updates automatically as orders are placed. If a product is marked “Out of Stock”, you will see the option “Receive in-stock notifications for this.” Simply enter your email address in the provided field and click Notify Me. You will receive an email alert as soon as the item becomes available again.
At this time, we do not offer customization services or made-to-order modifications. All of our products are produced in fixed designs and sizes as described on the website. We focus on maintaining consistent quality and historical accuracy across our range. If you have any questions about product details or suitability, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to help you choose the best option from our existing collection.
Each relevant product page includes detailed sizing charts and measurement guidelines. Because medieval clothing and armor often fit differently from modern garments, we recommend taking accurate body measurements with a tape measure for the best results. If you are unsure about which size to choose, please contact us with your measurements (for example, chest, waist, hip, and height). Our team of experts will be happy to help you find the most suitable size.
Because our pieces are often handcrafted from natural materials, they require some care to preserve their appearance and durability:
- Metal items (swords, axes, armor, chainmail, and hand-forged accessories such as locks, iron brooches, and other rustic pieces): After handling, wipe surfaces clean with a soft, dry cloth to remove fingerprints and moisture. Apply a light coat of mineral oil or a suitable metal preservative to prevent rust. Store in a dry place.
- Leather goods (belts, scabbards, pouches): Clean gently with a damp cloth and condition occasionally with a quality leather balm to prevent drying or cracking.
- Horn items (drinking horns, tankards): Wash by hand under running water with mild soap. Never use a dishwasher or soak for long periods. Dry thoroughly after washing.
- Wood items: Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.
Many of our weapons are historically accurate replicas crafted using traditional methods. Some are fully functional and designed for training, while others are decorative display pieces. Each product page clearly states whether an item is used for training, can be used in stage play or LARP or if decorative only. Regardless of the intended use, all weapons should be handled with care and kept safely stored away from children.
We currently accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Direct Bank Transfer. For eligible customers in select regions, we also offer Klarna and iDEAL payment options. Business customers can choose the B2B Payment Option if applicable.
All transactions are processed securely using trusted payment gateways. Your payment information is encrypted and never shared with third parties. Our products are inspired by genuine historical artifacts and traditional craftsmanship. While many designs closely follow Medieval and Historical originals, some items are adapted for practical modern use, safety or affordability. We aim to balance authenticity with functionality, making our items suitable for LARP, performances, display and everyday use. We do not currently offer gift wrapping or special presentation packaging. However, all orders are carefully packed in protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. If you are purchasing an item as a gift, you are welcome to repackage it yourself once it is received. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about how your order will be packaged.

Yes. We make every effort to provide clear, high-quality photos of each product on our website so you can see important details like craftsmanship, finish and size. If you’d still like more images or a short video for an even closer look, just let us know. We understand how important it is to feel confident in your purchase, especially when choosing handcrafted items online.
When maintained properly, our products are made to last for many years. For example, metal weapons and armor can remain in excellent condition indefinitely if stored dry and lightly oiled and leather goods will develop a rich patina over time if regularly conditioned. Drinking horns and wooden items can also last many years if cared for correctly. While natural materials can show some signs of use, this is part of their authentic character. Yes. All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable, so there are no hidden fees on the product price itself. The only additional costs you will see at checkout are shipping charges, which depend on your delivery address and the size of your order. These shipping costs are clearly shown before you confirm your purchase.
