At the center of the buckle is a raised American eagle with a shield. The surrounding laurel-style detailing frames the central motif and gives the buckle an officer-style look.

The surface of this Union Eagle Belt Buckle makes it eye-catching when worn. It even has the Patriotic Motto on it which is inscribed on a ribbon like shape with “E Pluribus Unum” (“Out of many, one”) celebrating unity.

Solid Brass

The Civil War Brass Buckle is handcrafted from solid brass, giving it a substantial feel and strong visual presence. Solid brass does not rust. With time and handling, it naturally develops a patina. This gradual change can give the buckle an aged appearance.

The reverse of the buckle has the necessary fittings for attaching it to a suitable leather belt. It accommodates belts up to approximately 5 cm wide.
