Hand-Braided Leather Sling

The included medieval leather sling is handcrafted from genuine leather for durability and flexibility. Leather naturally moulds to the user’s grip over time, providing a comfortable feel and dependable control during use.

Its sturdy cradle securely holds stones or clay projectiles while the braided cords allow smooth rotation and clean release.

Hand-Braided Jute Sling

The second sling is carefully hand braided from natural jute fibres, like Roman sling designs. Jute has a coarse texture that provides a proper grip while being lightweight and flexible.

The tightly braiding offers strength and durability, while the woven pouch securely cradles projectiles to reduce slipping during release.

Care Instructions

Leather Sling

• Wipe with a soft dry cloth after use.
• Apply leather conditioner or balm occasionally to keep the leather supple.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water.
• Allow the sling to air dry naturally if it becomes damp.

Jute Sling

• Store in a dry, well-ventilated place.
• Avoid long-term exposure to moisture and direct sunlight.
• If needed, gently hand wash in cool water and allow it to air dry completely.
• Ensure the sling is fully dry before storage.
• Trim any loose fibres if they appear with regular use.
